"Palmer Gas has been providing our homes with propane gas and services for over 25 years. The office and customer service staff is courteous and helpful. The installers and repair personnel show up on time and leave the area they are working on cleaner than it was when they started the work. The technicians and repair staff explain what they are doing in a very understandable way. That is important for this of us that are not mechanically oriented. I would recommend the company and staff for your propane needs."

"George at All Good Services Answered all my calls and text showed up at exactly when he said he would on New Years Eve and didn't rush through the job. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'm totally grateful that he helped me during a tough situation. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to get their heating and cooling needs. A+ for customer service, knowledge and personality."

"They first came out to do a routine check and informed us of what we should / needed to do to have our fire place perform better. The quote they provided was very reasonable. We decided to install a rain cap after the sweep and getting an appointment was very easy. The technician arrived early and completed the work quickly."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Jake was responsive and showed up on time. He recommended a solution that would ensure that our A/C condensation pipes do not corrode quickly. He repaired the pipes that had corroded and also repaired the plastic vapor barrier that was cut when the repairs started. He even cleaned up the broken ceiling tiles.  We will use Jake/Peterson Plumbing to repair a few leaky faucets and we highly recommend using Jake at Peterson Plumbing.

"See above. While he was here, I asked the provider for an estimate on another plumbing issue I had. He explained how he could do the repair and told me he would send an estimate but I never heard from him again. He did a very good job on my faucet replacement though."

"The gentleman from Dudley spent a full 30 or 40 minutes on the phone with me to discuss a home that we were considering purchasing.  He went as far as looking at the property in MLS, scanning public records for asbestos removal projects performed on neighboring streets, and even looking at the development in Google Maps to confirm that nearby houses seemed to be the same age and design.  In the end, he recommended that we contact an independent testing laboratory and helped us understand what we should be considering with respect to this home purchase.

I had originally contacted them to get ballpark pricing about hypothetical things that *I* could imagine.  Instead, he made it far more concrete by looking at the home and telling us what we should be considering and what it would mean.  None of this yielded business for himself, but as you can imagine, I wouldn't hesitate to call on Dudley Services, if I found myself needing their assistance.  These seem to be precisely the type of people with whom I'd like to do business.

"This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation."
