"Our whirlpool front loading washing machine stopped working the Sunday before Christmas. I used the company’s web site to request the appliance to be repaired. I received a phone call on Wednesday morning which was the first day they were open after the holiday. They were able to send someone out within an hour of calling since they had one opening, which was very fortunate considering the weekend qnd long Christmas holiday. The gentleman that arrived was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I explained the problem being the spin cycle stopped working. Within less than 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately it was a bearing gone bad, which required an extremely expensive repair which would be close to a new washing machine which didnt make sense on a 9 year old washer. He was able to provide me alot of information about pros and cons of front loaders vs top loaders as well as their experience with various manufacturers. This was extremely beneficial as I went out looking for a new washing machine. I would highy recommend this company for any appliance repair. Honest and reasonable repair services are not easy to find."

"Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and clearly explained what was causing an error in my AC unit and while he was diagnosing the main issue, he checked my filter he found out it was upside down. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
