"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). "Our experience with Steve and his wonderful crew, Austin, Cody, Stefan and Sergey was outstanding. Our furnace started acting up right before the cold hit in January. I spoke with Steve and he was out the next day. His communication was excellent. Steve spent considerable time scoping the project and came up with the perfect solution. Work started the next day so we could avoid additional cold nights. His crew was superb. Everything was left 100% clean, all refuse and the old systems were hauled away. We actually enjoyed having them all at our home. Steve's bid was spot on....no additional or hidden charges. His costs were very reasonable and he gave us a far superior solution at a much lower cost than his competitors, who frankly didn't really offer us anything better than what we previously had (like for like replacement). Highly recommend. His warranty is also much better than his competition. Plus Steve and his crew were delightful which is always a huge bonus."

"I bought the $99 furnace service in October for a furnace that was going in and out and also needed cleaned, as well as to see if there were any parts that would help it work better. The igniter was replaced, although I thought the price a little high at $275, not including the servicing purchase. The furnace worked fine until January when it quit completely (as we had kind of anticipated although the furnace was not ancient, it was 12 or so, and no fault of Sun Glow, a different part froze up). I got an estimate from a couple of companies and ended up picking another for the new furnace, primarily due the the other installer measuring the rooms in the house and checking the insulation properties of the windows rather than basing it on a square footage estimate alone. From what I have read, our old furnace was too big for the house and that may have contributed to it's earlier than expected demise. The new one is much lower in BTUs, and both companies provided estimates with a smaller furnace than we had previously, but Sun Glow picked a larger one that than was eventually installed. Pricing appeared similar, but hard to tell with different brands and sizes of furnaces, filters, etc. in the estimates. The estimater was professional, prompt, and came at very short notice. So although, I didn't chose this company, I had no problems with their service work and would call them again for another estimate.

"Jared is fantastic! Super prompt scheduling & thorough communication right from the start. He was able to come out much sooner than I expected. He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! I am SO GLAD we had this service done and I would hire Jared again or refer him to friends & family in a heartbeat. Highly recommended."

"He arrived early to evaluate the project. Took samples of the soil and decommissioned the tank after the results were received. My soil was clean so he had to clean out the tank and fill it. I got a certification stating that the oil tank was decommissioned. He left the area clean. No problems at all.
