I found Magic Mike’s through Angi. His office was able to fit me in for a routine maintenance visit pretty quickly. When Mike came by, he clearly knew what he was doing and got to work with the maintenance and few needed repairs on my gas furnace, AC unit, tankless hot water heater, and living room gas fireplace. He also offered a range of solutions for our larger furnace venting issue. While I am still seeking bids for that larger project, I've hired Magic Mike's Heating and Cooling for the annual maintenance plan and am looking forward to working with him on the regular. When a small problem arose after the water heater flush and maintenance, he was able to diagnose the issue from my videos and he came out quickly to fix it. All is good!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Mr. Nash is a family owned business that operates according to principles that are reflective of that. I used Mr. Nash a couple of times 2 or 3 years ago to keep my old oil furnace running and was completely satisfied. When I decided to install a new gas furnace and central air, they were the first company I called. My intention was to get at least two estimates, but the one I got from Rich, one of their employees, was so thorough and so fair that I didn't call anyone else. Rich is not only a great guy, he is completely trustworthy - we gave him a key to our house and the code to our alarm system, and he did the work while we were out of town. He took out the old furnace, installed the new one, installed the air conditioning unit, put in some new duct work, cleaned everything up and hauled out the old furnace, and did an excellent job on everything. He guarantees every aspect of his work, which was outstanding, and he came back a couple of times to make adjustments to the air conditioning, etc. Everyone at Mr. Nash is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phyllis, who runs the office, is great. Andy, the son of the owner, has all of the expertise one could ask for, and he came out with Rich to make certain that all the setting on both units were exactly right. Their customer service as well as their integrity cannot be over-stated."

"The service I received from Roth was EXCELLENT! Roth fixed a problem that could have resulted in a fire had it not been attended to. It was worth every penny! The cost of the trip is deducted from the bill if they do the repair so I didn't feel as though I was getting ripped off. I had previously paid another company, let's call them, GreenBasket, half the amount I paid Roth to troubleshoot a lamp post sensor plug! The sarcastic response from one of the owners who claimed I should be happy it was only a $4 fix missed the point because it actually cost a total of $339 for a job that took less than 30 minutes. With Roth, I believe I have finally found a company that does electrical services that are reasonably priced!"
