He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. "Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."
