"When he did the air conditioner service the next day it stopped working so I was like wait a minute he needs to come back up here, I don't know what he did or didn't do but the air is not cooling that's coming out. So they send him out and he I guess he fixed it or adjusted it or something cause I don't have anymore issues with that but that was the only time that I had a glitch.
They came when they was scheduled to come.

"It went well under the circumstances. I found out that day, that my water had been turned off without my knowledge by America Water, which made it impossible to hose down and clean the outdoors unit. They did their part so I was satisfied. It would have been outstanding if they were willing to come back out to complete the cleaning when water was turned back on, for a perhaps half the price ($49.99). They would only come back out for $89.99."

"I had an excellent experience with Scott! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. During the thermostat installation procedure he discovered two issues with my AC unit (one of the fuses was blown and also one of the wires was fried) and fixed both without any additional cost. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them in future. Thanks Scott!"
