"Overcharged for labor on hot water tank AND installing 2 faucets. Dumped rusted metal from the inside of my broken hot water tank into my floor drain when I clearly have an ejection pump system which caused a terrible clean up issue in my drain. Could not install a new faucet in my ceramic pedestal sink but charged me 2 hours for taking the old faucet out. We are not at all happy with their field plumber who did our inside plumbing. Would never recommend to anyone."

"I am completely satisfied with Becks. Every encounter from initial txt msg through phone call, scheduling, meeting the technicians, and their work in assessing and completing the repair was exemplary. My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. I have some future upgrades in the planning stage and will definitely consult with them at that time due to the experience I had today. So, in short, my water is back on. My leak is gone. The technicians were wonderful. I recommend Becks without reservation "
