Blake was the sales person and was great to work with.  He was all about quality and workmanship after the furnaces were installed and had them come back out to re seal some duct work, but all was good. 

Fred was involved in both portions of the project. He was a pleasure to have at the house (My dog loves him as well).  The most recent portion of the project was the air conditioner installation.  Fred, Dave, Joe and Ian were the technicians involved in this all day project.  They were punctual and all very friendly and personable.  There were a couple things that held them up and they stayed positive and worked longer than most companies would have in the same situation.

We had a tree fall on our power lines the afternoon of the installation and they continued to proceed without power (using flashlights when needed) until the power was restored. 

I think that most would have left at this point but not these guys... Really a class act!!

They had a long day and still stayed positive and remained pleasant and were all a pleasure to deal with!

I would recommend this crew without reservation for any of your future HVAC needs!

The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."

"Rob arrived on time and did a walk-through to explain the service and count the registers and ducts.  He blew dust and debris through the registers down to the basement where he had a large vacuum set up to collect everything.  Rob was careful with the hose so as to not damage doorways and moldings.  He also cleaned my dryer vent hose.  Rob was courteous and efficient. Rob did not try to pressure me in to buying extra services I did not need.  I did have a coupon.

"the company  workers arrived at the time requested which was easily negotiated. 
they covered the carpet (it was snowing outside) and runs right up to the area where they worked.  They layed the Corning then blew in the particle insulation.  I looked up into the attic to see the final effect.  It appeared well done to me.  The service took ~ 3 hours.  they were courteous and efficient (except for opening the window to get they equipment in - which i am sure could not be helped.
I would use they again as they did a good job and even expressed a desire to please the customer.

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him."
