"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. "The first time Ryan came, he had removed the chandelier and was putting the new one together when he found a defect or damage due to shipment on the new one.  It was something that could not be fixed.  So he put the old one back up and advised me to call when the replacement arrived.  
Ryan called me to see if the new light had arrived and since it did we scheduled another appointment and he arrived on time and checked the new light and proceeded to install the new chandelier which went without a hitch.  Then he installed the new ceiling fan in the entranceway and again it swiftly went without a hitch.
I was absolutely thrilled with the work Ryan did and he is down to earth, personable, and swift worker.  I could not be happier and wish I had not purchased another special deal from another guy because I have more work to do and Ryan is faster and better priced.  So anyway you can't go wrong with hiring Ryan.  He is honest and reliable and will not putz around to use up your time.  I purchased the 3 hour $79 special deal and he did got it all done in that time frame, so no extra charges. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
