"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Tom was terrific....repaired boiler....cost reasonable.....explained everything so clearly so that even this 88year old understood it....experience with company from start to finish was a pleasure"

"Replaced & installed 3 ton coil & 3 ton condenser unit by Tony. He was prompt to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use him for any of my HVAC needs in the future."

"I have a great service by Overall Heating and cooling service. They work very hard, proffessional and tried their best to do the job. They are careful when analysing the machines before replacing. After they did well with water heater replacement, I also want to use their services to replace heat pump and AC. They never let me feel regret to choose them. Everything was done properly. I appreciate them. It is hard to find a good team that can do all heating cooling and plumbing proffesionally. As an engineer, I also did a lot of research before moving forward with this team. Their technology knowledge and capacity is amazing! I will recommend to my network about this team."

"Air conditioning repair. Tim was a very knowledgeable service technician and he was able to advise on how to best approach my air conditioning issue. Explained everything thoroughly. Polite and respectful!"

"It was adequate service.  However after the install, we had a puddle of water under our unit.  I did have them come back and finish their work."

"Excellent. A fill valve had been shut off for some time. There was insufficient water in the circulation system The Universe technician seeing that the water pressure in the system was too low, opened the valve until the pressure was within normal limits. We thought that the radiators might have to be air bled, but after he left, it turned out that all the radiators were working properly. The cost to me only amounted to the visit service charge and that was far less than a major repair would have cost. Very satisfied!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
