The work was done professionally and didn’t require new parts, just creatively repositioning the original parts so it doesn’t require an inspection (so I’m told). He was supposed to return to repair a faulty toilet but never showed up at the appointed time and no call received either. So minus one star. Still, I don’t think I’d hesitate to use him again in the future should the need arise."

Feel ripped off and no one can explain why they charge me essentially $1800 per hour for the work performed."
