They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. "Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. Temps are dropping to low 40s and 30s. Desperately I gave Biondich Electric a call and spoke to Mat. As soon as he heard no heat, he rescheduled his other appointments and came to help me in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue. Mat is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His rate is reasonable.
