He returned 4 times over a month to reinstall replacement parts as soon as we received them. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & efficient throughout the job. You can count on Stephenson to be there when you need him."

"Figured out a way to repair one leaky faucet rather than replacing with new, which saved us some money. Will observe a few days to ensure if it's completely fixed, but appreciate the extra thoughts and efforts."

"I am very happy that I chose to go with P.D.Q Plumbing to replace my oil burning boiler. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. His crew was very professional and neat. I can't say enough about the job they did and would absolutely refer them to anyone. I will definetly use them again for any future plumbing needs. Kind Regards."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Mark came to me from a friends recommendation for their water heater replacement and they were correct. Was a perfect experience. He came and was probably a little surprised by having to do a little extra work than expected but came through regardless in all aspects. A++"
