"This is a great company. We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house. They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again. The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed. He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots. He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots. I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time. Now we can financially plan for the line replacement. In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

"Stephenson has performed excellent work in our older home, which includes repairing leaks, updating hardware for our kitchen sink, mudroom sink, bathroom basin, and tub/shower; replacing pipes in our shower; switching out a radiator for a baseboard heater, replaced boiler valve/pipes, just to name a few. Based on his work and conversations regarding plumbing jobs that Stephenson has completed for our family, it is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the plumbing business. Stephenson always provides a detailed breakdown of work to be performed prior to the start of any job, which also includes a reasonable price analysis. There are no rush jobs--he takes his time to make certain that the job is done right the first time. His professional demeanor and tidy work habits...cleans up after every job...is a plus! On a scale of 1-10, we would score Stephenson as a 10, and we would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. ~Deac&1st Lady"

"Paul set up an appointment for the next morning and was there when he said he would be. He gave me a fair price for replacing leaking shutoff valve in Laundry, replacing two outside faucets, and running waterline with new shutoff for fridge under sink. Paul came back that afternoon to replace leaking shutoff in laundry, and then sent a very polite, neat, hard worker named Pat to complete the rest of the work. Pat even took off his shoes and put down drop clothes while working upstairs in my home. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs I may have."
