"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. "It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

It was low on Freon.  He had all the equipment (and supplies) necessary to fix the trouble and even offered up advice on what to do with an older unit.  Plus added a sealant to help with any micro leaks we may have had.
