"Mary was fantastic, we originally met her when we went to look at another home. We were in the process of packing and preparing to put our current home on the market. Mary was so friendly that we immediately felt comfortable with her, and offered her our listing. Our home is in an area that is not the easiest to sell a home in and homes in the area are on the market for an average of 94 days. Mary offered two open houses, staged our home and gave great suggestions to get the most traffic we could and after 81 days on the market we had an offer! We are so grateful for her hard work to get our home sold as quickly as she did, we would definitely recommend her first anyone looking for a nice, caring and dedicated Real Estate Agent!"

Our home search took approximately 6 months.  The houses that were on the market did not meet our needs or were out of our price range/ desired neighborhoods.  David never gave up and continued to work with us until we found the perfect new home, which happened to be new construction.  David was very helpful through the process of working with the builder and ensuring a 30 day closing so we could be in our home before Christmas.  We strongly recommend David.

"David was wonderful! I needed an appraisal for estate tax purposes and he obliged to get one to me within 2 weeks although I really did not need it until end of this year. The pricing was very fair and he was thoughtful enough to send me a copy of his state license as well as his appraisers insurance policy before I needed to ask. That is quality customer service. Would I recommend using David? YES! Would I use his service again in the future? YES!"
