"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."

"It went very well. I was pleased with their service. He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future. Another think I really liked about the service was the initial phone conversation.  He explained, not just their role in the company but the all other aspects of removing the mold. He stated we need to hire other people to address the other areas that are causing the mold.  He also gave a lot of suggestions of the different types of service providers to call to address the water leak."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

"This is the third time I've called Ambient for an A/C repair. Each time, they have been able to come out same day, and were friendly and professional. Costs were reasonable, and they got my system back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, and they are the only ones I even think to call for A/C now. Thanks Ambient and Bryan!"

"Fantastic. Quick response to my call and very flexible when I had to reschedule last minute. Thoroughly explained the problem and the repair options and suggested the most effective and least expensive choice. Really great service and incredibly quick. Fair price and professional and pleasant at the same time."

"I have used Continental Services for many years.   They are always on time, friendly and knowledgable.   My system is 17 years old and I plan to use Continental when it comes time to upgrade to a newer system.

"Thanks to the Magnolia technician, Pasquale Skok, everything went extremely well, from the diagnosis of the problem, to the purchase of the new appliance, to the installation, to the removal of a very difficult blockage. It took less than two hours from the time Mr. Skok called to tell us that he was coming to the job was done. A complete professional. Great work."
