They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "Working with Tom was a pleasant experience from start to finish.  He is conscientious and takes pride in his work.  He wants the customer to be pleased with the product. 
We needed a railing system in this 1960ish home to increase safety.  Tom assisted us in selecting a style and materials.  Tom preferred that we purchase the supplies and he would do the labor.  I met him at the the lumber store and ordered the parts for the railing,  I volunteered to do all the staining and Tom came after to do the installation.  There were some tricky spots and he kept at it until we were all satisfied.  I would attach a photo if I can figure out how to do so!

"Great! Professional, polite, responsive and interested in getting the job done right. Painted interior (walls, doors, trim) of great room, office, laundry room, downstairs & upstairs hallways. Done in 5 days. Looks great and they always dleaned up after themselves. Moves some furniture when needed (we did some moving to get the space ready but they did plenty themselves). "Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.   







The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!

"I expected people from Greystone Interiors Company to be more upfront.  I haven’t dealt with a lot of remodeling people before.  However, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but they didn’t ask for my inputs.  They put in a wrong window; they didn’t inform us before they installed it.  I was expecting them to be more professional.  It was poor communication from their side.  One doesn’t go through remodeling every week so they should anticipate what information they should provide the owners with.  I would not use them in the future. "
