"Very honest and trustworthy individuals. We moved into a new home that had a water softener system. The water was very slimy. We hired this pro to come in and show us how to use the system basically. He was extremely honest and told us that we didn't need the system with our current water and actually we were doing more harm than good with this system, so he unhooked it. Someone else would have told us we needed $500 worth of supplies, etc. If you're looking for someone on time, efficient and trust-worthy, don't look any further!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
