"This is a family owned small business. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. All at a very fair price. My AC had been getting worse every year until last year. HVAC Utor came out and fixed it. It ran better than ever before. This year it was just blowing air so I called again. Same great service as last year. Rachel kept me informed so I knew when they would be here. The problem turned out to be the new thermostat I had installed a couple of months ago. Diego had it figured out and fixed in 15 minutes. Personable and professional, he quickly hooked up his equipment and let the machines do their work, which took about 30 minutes for our 1400 SF house. "Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.
