"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. "Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "I was able to schedule an appointment on my first call without problem. Randy showed up during the time window and we discussed the details of the work. He noted my water heater was old and he had some concerns around moving it to tap into the supply line as it can damage an old heater so we elected to defer that work. We agreed on where to place the new gas line and he was able to find a location to move the line to as well as installing a "box" that the gas line came out of. This involved cutting out drywall which I needed to repair but overall the work went smoothly."

"I used this company before and had a great experience. I was looking for a company that did re-piping and not only did they do a great job before but they came in lowest bid. They were always on time when starting. Raul was there with his crew which were all great. They re-piped the whole mobile home which is 680 sq. ft. They put in connectors for water and new gas lines for stove, gas dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, ice maker and clean out. They moved the existing gas line over to new area in kitchen and added a new gas line for the dryer which will by next to the kitchen along with new piping that didn't exist like washing machine, dishwasher and ice maker. They moved the piping for sink area to another area of the kitchen. This whole process took a few days but it was worth it because they were very reliable and honest and their price came in lower then other companies. Raul, you are the man!
