"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. "It's taken me a couple months to get around to writing this, but the fact that I'm still motivated to do so attests to my appreciation of the service by Associated Heating. My furnace problem turned out to be pretty simple--a corroded connector--but it was great to have Bryan from Associated Heating systematically troubleshoot the situation and give me the good news. Beyond that, what was really extra appreciated was that Bryan remained to help me answer various questions about the furnace and its maintenance. He even took the time to add oil (a tricky process) to an old-fashioned blower and motor attached to the gravity-fed furnace to give it forced-air capability. He seemed to be expert in his knowledge of furnaces and happy to share it with me. It was a positive experience and nice level of service, and the furnace now works very well again."

"On a recommendation, I called Marcucci to recharge a wine cellar AC unit. When the service man came out, he quickly advised that the type of unit I have couldn't be open or recharged in a reasonable manner. OK, but that could have been determined at the phone call by asking me what kind of unit it was (an experienced service man would have known this). They charged $150 for the 15 min service call to tell me that. Not happy."
