"The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"He checked and cleaned a wall heater and restarted it. Gave me good info and cleared up something that I was misinformed about by another company. He checked for carbon monoxide and made sure I had monitors for Carbon monoxide and fire. Very pleasant gentleman."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Last week my ac started to stop blowing cold air, condenser is not turning on etc... to make the matter worst it was 106 degrees! I was as annoyed as I can be but can’t blame it to other companies none of them can come and help me! Some even dint bother to reply or call me back! Gladly I ask one of my friends and hvac utor services was their go to when it comes to their hvac needs! So I called, hoping someone answers, and luckily she did! Rachel I gues her name,? I was so positive and little hopeful that they can come the next day or whatever! To my surprise Diego the hvac guy can come tonight! 7pm and he was on point! 7pm at my door! looking very professional and knowledgeable, I escorted him to my unit and as quick as 10 minutes he gave his diagnostic, it was just an electrical issue and some adding gas freon! He fix it right away! And boy! I dint care how much he charge me I just need my ac!? but the good part is!? He dint charge me that much! I was expecting triple than that! Diego please don’t go after me next Time?. I did this review so I can tell others reading this that this is a serious company and they will always return your call or text when you need something from them. I’m glad I found them and tried themAnd will continue to have business w them . I like working with hard working people like them , local and honest."

"It went very well. I believe they finished it in one day. The price was very fair and lower than the other two places we checked. The heater works spectacularly according to our tenants. The city inspector came out two days ago and gave it his seal of approval and final inspection passed! Luis the owner is an honest man. He is licensed and does great work. "Jazz Heating & Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I sent out inquiries to several other companies on Angie's List. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly which furnace I wanted. Mirza was super responsive over messaging and was able to provide me a proposal without having to schedule an appointment for estimation! He had me take some pictures & measurements and send them over. This was such a pleasure because all the other companies wanted to send someone over, and I don't have time for that many visits. The price that Jazz gave me was very competitive, and they didn't try to upsell me to a more complex unit. The replacement turned out great. They cleaned up really nicely and was really thoughtful in giving me a tutorial of the system."

"Very well. I bought through Angies List. I scheduled myself, as I needed to get this done within the week I called. I talked to the owner, Martin, who was so nice and in the process of moving his shop from Gilroy to Morgan Hill. Because I wanted this done relatively fast, I said I was flexible and could meet anytime, suggesting if they are out near Los Gatos, perhaps they could squeeze me in. He said in fact, he thought they might be in the next week or so, and he would text me. Well, the very next day, I got a text and met his guys and they did a good job. Plus they took the time to show me how the gas fireplace works. I was very pleased. Martin was very responsive continually and kept me posted or had his guys call to update me on time to meet. Martin also knows everything about BBQ's, so if your BBQ stops working, there is no better place to call for that too! I know I will!"
