"Bernie was great. He was able to come within 40 minutes. Just like the last time I hired them 3 years ago, he showed me everything and explained everything. Quoted me upfront, after he showed me what had happened and what was needed to fix it. Did a wonderful job fixing it. Turned out I had a wire short out and burn a hole in the freon line, which in turn drained all my freon. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. "It wasn't cheap. We have a big pool cage. They did a nice job but the owner rushed his people to clean up and they didn't do a very good clean up job. I was picking up old screening and stuff for weeks. That would be my main complaint. I got about 3 estimates and I think their price is very fair. The quality of work, I think was A. I think they did a good quality of work. On professionalism, B only because of the lack of clean up after the job. I would say, they did a good job but next time the owner/boss had better supervise the clean up. Because the clean up was not good. They were okay. I didn't really have that much contact with them. I was very busy. I didn't have a lot of time to chitchat."
