He was friendly, extremely thorough, explained everything, and was very generous with his time. He was able to increase my water pressure so I don't have to spend 2 hours watering my grass anymore but can run 2 hoses with sprinkler heads at the same time! I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and help."

"Very Poor Experience! I called to have my Humidifier serviced and told the receptionist I had a new tenant who noticed it had a slight drip/leak. I said it's normal for them to drip a little but we haven't had it serviced in a very long time so lets to a through look at it. I said since you are coming out lets check the furnace while you're there. She didn't bother to ask any questions about make or model for either. The repairman arrives only to say, Oh sorry we don't work on your specific humidifier and charged me $99 trip charge to change the furnace air filter. I wasn't charged extra for the humidifier but still, I had two brand new air filters setting beside the furnace which we change regularly ourselves. In fact we were at the house last week and my husband changed the air filter himself. I only had them come in the first place to look at the humidifier. When I called to ask about this, there was absolutely no apology, instead she said, well your humidifier is old. Again, no questions up front as to the age of the house, etc. No offer to reduce the trip charge. I paid $99 to have an air filter replaced that was new. Now I have to call someone else and pay again to have my humidifier looked at. I would not recommend this company - there are plenty of other choices in COS! Disappointing!"

"I had waited 30 years to get air conditioning and it was my neighbor that recommended CalibratingAir. I was impressed with the company right from the start, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They sent out Ryan and Darryl to do the job. The guys were prompt and and covered my carpet to keep things clean. The job was done well and passed inspection with flying colors! "I've used Home Heating Service since 2013, and they always earn a 5-star rating. My water heater needed replacing after 12 years. Which is the ideal time to replace a water heater anyways. I called them this morning; within an hour a guy was at my place assessing the situation. It needed replacing, so they installed a new water heater and had it working by 4 pm the same day. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy.
