I asked if they could come the same day and they made me the last appointment of the day, When I called to set up the service instead of a service call, Steve told me to get a furnace cleaning and they would actually do some work while the tech was there and told me about the Angie's List discount. The tech came was very thorough. told me the noise was related to the humidifier so once we turned it off, the noise stopped. Discussed tankless and was tempting but we have never run out of hot water and price is still pretty high. Then after plumber left discovered water pressure was low in mater bath. Figured clogged aerator. Tried to removed and crumbled in hand with threads still in place. called to have new faucet installed. Tow days later Tim and Tim from Lifeline showed up with new faucet. Installation was tough on a 38 year old sink and faucet that definitely needed replacement. Both guys did great job in tight area under vanity."
