Ramiro, the service man, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He performed the maintenance work and explained each step of the process to me. Ramiro also recommended some changes to the thermostat settings which he programmed with my approval. Overall, i was very pleased and i will have Shavitz do the annual maintenance of the fan coil and AC unit."

"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"Excellent! I called them in the morning because I heard a rattling noise when the heat came on. It had been going on for a few days but it was getting louder so I wanted them to come in the next few days. I asked if they could come the same day and they made me the last appointment of the day, When I called to set up the service instead of a service call, Steve told me to get a furnace cleaning and they would actually do some work while the tech was there and told me about the Angie's List discount. The tech came was very thorough. told me the noise was related to the humidifier so once we turned it off, the noise stopped. I need a new humidifier and he stated that his office would call me with a quote. He then cleaned the furnace. I was his last appointment of the day and he was very pleasant to be his last job."

"We first contacted Lifeline back in 2016, when we ran into several issues at once with our furnace and our water heater and were looking for a comprehensive check. At that time, we signed up for the Lifeclub, and boy are we glad we did. When we'd purchased our home in 2016, the furnace was 13 years old and on its last leg. Travis has come out 2 times to do routine maintenance, and kept the furnace alive for an extra 2 years. Of course, when our furnace finally did go, it was during a cold snap, the week between Christmas and New Year's, and immediately before we had to leave town. The crew started extra early following Travis's visit, showing up at 7 AM to make sure we would be on time for our travel. We were told that furnace install would take approximately 4 hours. The guys were in and out in about 2. All-around, I could not have asked for a better experience. It's never fun to replace a major appliance, but using Lifeline minimized the pain. I'd recommend anyone join the Lifeclub!"
