"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far. <br />"

"This is a great company and I am glad they are around. Extremely professional, detail oriented, hard working and honest. I needed to replace my ancient HVAC system and I was fortunate to have had this company help me with that. I ended up with a couple of bids for the same brand and model and Comfort Zone gave me an honest price which was thousands less than a competitor (Again, same brand and model number). Equally important is that they know what they are doing and they do the job right unlike many of the less knowledgeable competitors. Honest, knowledgable, hard working, great to deal with!
