"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Definitely recommend his services."

Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"ARS would NOT offer financing unless the job was over $10,000. The quote for the replacement heat pump was substantially below the requirement for financing but, unable to pay cash or get a loan, the sales rep RAISED the price of the job to $10,000 because that was all he was willing to do! Thanks for nothing, pal. I was forced to over pay just for the privilege of getting ARS financing! He said I had to also buy the thermostat that ?came with it?. I made it perfectly clear that I would be using my own. On installation day, the guy installing the unit did an acceptable job. At my request, they agreed to let me keep the old heat pump. I knew I could make some money from recycling it. The guy installing the new thermostat was completely unprofessional. He purposely threw my existing thermostat onto the floor like he was trying to damage it. Unacceptable, as I intended to reinstall it. Total lack of respect! I?m so happy that I won?t be dealing with ARS again."

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."

"The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."
