"We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. "Bolls had originally come to clean our furnace but discovered leaks in the heat exchanger. The same afternoon a representative returned to our home and priced a new unit. We were offered a time slot two days later to have it installed. They arrived on time and laid a runner down from our back door all the way down the stairs and across our basement. The old furnace was removed, new PVC pipes were vented through the outside brick wall as this was a more fuel efficient model, and the new furnace was installed. They also reattached our central air filter, our zone heating unit, and our central humidifier. They cemented around the pipes they had run to the outside, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us time to inspect their work and ask any questions we might have. They explained the differences between the old and new furnace and gave us some pointers (like keeping the grandkids from dropping small toys into the outside pipes). The entire time they were in our home they wore footies to protect our floors and they were very careful to avoid gouging the walls or damaging the woodwork. We could not be more pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future. Bolls Heating and Cooling are a small company and we prefer to get to know the folks who work in and on our home instead of having strangers every time doing the work. A truly great little business!!"

"<p>Two gentlemen came (early) and were very nice. One of the first things they told me was that my carpet was of poor quality and probably wouldn't last more than another couple of years. They apologized for having to say that, but I really didn't appreciate it and I do not believe it. They looked at the spots (from my dog) and thought they could remove them. They sprayed one spot with their cleaner and the stain did go away. There were two pinkish spots of unknown origin, and they said unequivocally that they couldn't get those out. </p> <br /> They gave me a verbal estimate of $95 which I think is cheap, and said it would only take them 45 minutes to do the job. I didn't have a good feeling that my carpeting would be really clean and won't use them. <br />"

"The drying out part went well and was done on time finished end of June. The additional work to fix the floor and trim has not gone well. The subfloor they put in is unprofessional and the boards have quarter and half inch openings. I escalated to Moore a month ago and still it has not been resolved."
