"Everything went very well. Rema was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The underground drain was blocked with debris. Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe. "The mitigation went well but company does not restore any structure. They just take it apart. Company is misleading. Company charged for removing water which was completed before they even showed up. I removed all of the water. I was told that it was a flat rate regardless."
