The tech also left my main bathroom pvc pipes disassembled, causing water damage to the bathroom vanity. This required another plumber to come out and fix it as it was also leaking. I tried to resolve these issues with the office, and both the office and tech took zero ownership of doing anything wrong and refused to do the work unless I paid them another couple hundred dollars on top of the $4000+ worth of work they did. They also failed to inform me that part of the work would have been covered under my home warranty. "
