"Issue: 11 yr old Water Heater leaking. I submitted a quote request via Home Advisor on a Sunday morning. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Jordan. After a few minutes of discussing situation and my requirements for replacement then sending him pics of my existing heater and surrondings, he had a quote to me within 15 minutes which I accepted. By 4pm that same day Jordan replaced the heater and removed the old unit. A very clean and professional install. He kept in frequent communication with me regarding his progress on procuring the new unit, ETA to my home, etc. plus a post install discussion. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Jordan for your plumbing needs. Exceptional customer service."

"This was a home improvement project that exceeded our expectations in every way. The experience and expertise of the NETR team was clear from the start. The interior design and structure of our house presented some uncommon challenges for laying and running the conduit through the basement and up to the 2nd floor. We are very satisfied with the results, both inside and outside. The team was able to match the color of our siding. The location of the external compressor and the three conduits on the outside walls fit well into the exterior of our home. The A/C units are quiet and the air filtration and cooling performance are great. Adam and Jim were the install team, they were excellent, professional and did a nice job explaining how to operate and maintain this Mitsubishi system.

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

Told me right away that they would have another water heater in place the next day. Gave me a totally reasonable quote I didn’t hesitate at all.
