"I was contacted by Total Mechanical Systems, LLC only moments after putting in a request on homeadvisor. I explained to Bob that we where remodeling our kitchen and wanted to have a pot filler installed asap as sheet rock was being installed in the morning and the pipe needed to be in place so they could sheet rock around it. He and Joey arrived at 7:30am and promptly installed the water line and pipe from the basement to 1st floor finishing the job as contractor arrived to start sheet rock. "We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

TAG arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, a hairline crack in the water tank. Quoted me a price on a new toilet that was more than fair and arranged an install date. At that time I asked him to get a new kitchen fawcett also without asking for a quote . So they arrived on time, installed the toilet and fawcet and all at a more than fair price. A few weeks ago I needed a new gas water heater so I called Ben, didn’t even need to ask price.
