He thoroughly explained the process and what he was doing as he tested my water. I was looking to have an electric tankless water heater installed. Since the electric is not a common install for them, Robert did the research and found the requirements and type of system I needed. I found the pricing to be reasonable and fair. I in no way felt like I was being taken advantage of, like with other companies that quoted me. Getting a tankless was the best decision for me as I love long hot showers. The 30-gal tank I had was not adequate. Plus, the tankless has allowed me to have extra space/storage in a very small home. The tech manager, Casey, was very communicative and proactive. I 100% recommend Advance Water Solutions for tankless installs. I was very happy with the process and my experience. I love my tankless, especially with winter coming. ?"
