"The installers did a very good job of working out the framing of the walkway to make the landings approximately equal in size while having to accommodate a curving and sloping layout. They were careful in digging and did not damage any of several sprinkler system pipes that were right in the middle of the layout. (Unlike a prior contractor that had done work for me.) The job was not rushed so that attention was paid to the details, and the job was completed in a week. They did a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day and at the completion of the project. Luisa took care of the city permitting which made it easier for me to get HOA approval for the walkway. We have a nice looking and functional walkway that gives us much easier access from the street to our front door instead of making our way up a very steep driveway."

"Sean Holland and his crew were extremely prompt and professional from the start. Sean worked with me providing several different quotes for several different options. Sean was accommodating and courteous every step of the way. Sean was also very patient as I waited on fielding other quotes, and as I waited to hear back from my neighbors on their thoughts and to get their OK to replace the fence-line we mutually shared. Even though the quotes he provided stated "good for 30 days," he assured me the price would be good when that 30 days expired as I still had not heard back from my neighbors. I opted to do the work piecemeal because of the delay in hearing from my neighbors. I went with my street facing fence and back-line fence first. This breaking up of the work was never an issue. Sean and his crew arrived when he said they would, and they had the work done in two days as they worked in cold conditions. It looks amazing. The week after that, they were back out to replace the other side of fencing shared with the other neighbor.
