"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Mike saved me a BUNCH of money by doing some great detective work on our dryer. There was a loud screeching noise unlike anything he had ever heard. The problem wasn't the belt or the bearing, but a spring clip that holds the motor in place had somehow come off its mount. He had to disassemble the whole thing twice to find it, but find it, he did! I only had to pay for the basic service call. Great work!"

"Everything went very smooth. Doug Pinkston returned my phone call promptly and called the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Everything was fixed and I am so pleased. It's very hard in this day and age to find competent people. Many will not return calls or do a poor job when they do show up. Mr. Pinkston is a true professional and I highly recommend him."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
