Cherie and Colleen came out to look at the pool and gave us a written estimate before they left--excellent! The other thing I loved was they offered custom options on our paint and added a primer to make it last longer. The other pool company did not offer that and it did not raise our cost. There was a little confusion with the supplier of the slide but Triple A handled it very well and made it right (even though it was not their fault). They even made sure our pool was ready to close since it was in the fall. Overall I was super happy with their service and price and would love to hire them again! "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
