I was impressed with the fast, free, custom tailored, detailed estimate, the ability to have the new system installed within just a couple of days, and the speed and quality of the installation team. The estimator (Tom) arrived just two hours after I called, was very personable, very knowledgeable, and helped me select the right components at the right price (with guidance about unit costs, efficiencies, energy savings, rebates and tax credits) to match my criteria. I liked that he had many years of experience, and he went above and beyond to make sure my new system (which replaced a broken system) was installed before an upcoming cold blast. I received two other estimates, and they did not go near as well, with a generic good, better, and best high priced estimate (without input from me) from one company, and another company selling only units from lower quality manufacturers. The installation team started at 8:30 am, and went right to work. They also had many years of experience, and were ready for my walk-thru at 3:00 pm. They did a great job in a short time. Nice!
