I was so pleased I asked them to paint the soffits, etc. and I plan to use them again in the spring to repair some other items. I also referred them to several friends. "My overall experience with JES was awesome. I left a message on Home Advisor with my issue and they called me back the next day to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Blaine Harvey came out to perform the estimate and he was thorough with his inspection and provided an estimate for the repair. I signed up immediately and the job was scheduled very quickly. I just had the repair completed this morning by Orlando, Jordon Reyes, and Lorell and I am very satisfied! The team arrived on time, were professional and friendly, explained everything they had performed (including pictures), and left my finished basement clean. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"The initial conversations to set up appointment and those after with the staff went very smoothly.  The workmanship was excellent.  Jose and the other worker came in and did both windows in 4-5 hours.  I couldn't have been more pleased.  The price was within my budget, which of course made it even better.  I've wanted to replace the windows for years but could not because of other needed repairs in my home.  I chose this company based solely on the positive reviews and costs posted on Angie's List.   It has been one of the best decisions I ever made subscribing to Angie's List because I have made bad decisions in the past in selecting a company.   I am definitely planning on using American Jewel Window Systems next year for replacement of other windows in my home.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"There's a warranty on the windows that were passed on to me form the owner. I had the window company come back out and take care of the windows. They're a pretty big company. We had several issues with them. I didn't have to pay anything. We made several appointments, some had to be rescheduled mostly by them. The first time they came out, they measured the window incorrectly and also ordered the wrong parts. When they did come back to install them, they had the wrong parts to install and I had to reschedule another appointment. The excuse that I was given is that after they ordered the correct parts, the factory had moved and I had to wait another eight weeks to get the part. When we spoke on the phone they were very nice. They directed me to the right department to talk to. There are somethings that I assume were out of their control but the things that were under their control, they screwed up on the first time. It started in January of 2016 and I got my window finally fixed in August."

"The windows were fine. They were a little high. I haven’t had any reason to call them. They have been calling me since they put me on their list. They want other projects. I told them to stop calling, they were calling 2 or 3 times a week. They showed up. They went to their sales pitch quite a bit. Punctuality - They were good on that too. The installers were good on professionalism. I might check with them, I’m not sure if I would use them or not. The price is a little too high. Less likely to use them at the moment. It took less than a day. Area looked very clean. They could lower the prices a little bit."

"It turned out well. I used it shortly after I purchased the deal. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount as I had them repair something that they found while doing it. They did everything as advertised and then in addition to that, they also fixed some molding around the chimney that had become cracked and weathered. I had not used them before. There have been no issues since the service was provided."
