"Update: I am actually very happy to come back with an update on the previous review I left for Home Genius Exteriors. After a very long period of a horrible back and forth interaction with the company in regards to repairing my leaking roof; I finally was placed in communication with some one who actually took the time to listen, understand, and care enough to fix the problem. During the phone call I was assure that I would be sent another P.M. that would take care of everything. I was a little skeptical at first, because of the previous way I was handled, but I moved forward to have the repair hopefully taken care of. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Mark. At first interaction he was very polite, professional, and attentive to what was happening. But, what was most impressive was his advidness to fix the issue. Any and everything that was discovered, was promptly communicated to me, with a solution for resolving the matter. I can honestly say that Mark alone restored my trust"

Blaine Harvey came out to perform the estimate and he was thorough with his inspection and provided an estimate for the repair. I signed up immediately and the job was scheduled very quickly. I just had the repair completed this morning by Orlando, Jordon Reyes, and Lorell and I am very satisfied! The team arrived on time, were professional and friendly, explained everything they had performed (including pictures), and left my finished basement clean. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Customer service and management are horrible. Wrong windows were ordered so we had to have 2 seperate times to be inconvenienced and they would not give us a discount and weren't even sorry. Just said people make mistakes."

"We contracted with Castle for window replacement in January. The windows were replaced within 2 months of signing the contract. The installations went smoothly and the windows made a huge improvement to our home. Problems did arise when they were unloading the windows from the truck. We had requested contoured grilles but the windows arrived with flat grilles. We opted for a discount rather than return the windows. The second issue was that we had requested full screens for the front of the house. Castle sent someone out measure after installation, not using the original measurements. This was 2 months after the fact. Then we received a call from the factory, that the order had been placed without the measurements. We had to supply them. 3 months later, we have still not received the full screens. We had an appointment for their install that Castle cancelled due to a technician calling out. Rescheduling was set for another month out. It will be a generous 4 months from the original installation to get the screens that we ordered. Pretty disappointed. For such a minor fix, it has taken too long to correct."
