This was not really an emergency issue, and he was able to be here on a Friday morning after calling for service late on the afternoon on Thursday. We had a small leek in a bathtub that couldn't be fixed this time by just replacing the hot water valve cartridge (like before). I have been able to do this in the past. We discussed options clearly for different fixes and the timing and costs clearly. We determined that given all the work needed (original plumbing from when the house was build in 1962) we would update to the more modern and current single valve type shower/tub system. We were able to buy the specific fixtures we wanted and Pablo advised us as to the valve needed. He also provided us with a stop gap fix until he could do the work on Monday. He promised to be back and was. He did the work. We liked what he did so much we fixed the shower in the master bath as well. He actually had what we needed for that with him, so we were a go. He was able to do both in one day. Quite happy with the work he did, and the the cost was fair. Would definitely recommend and if needed, hire again."
