"Great experience. Began with expert design consult. Received regular updates on progress of ordering parts and receiving the parts. Installation scheduled and Randy and Kayden arrived on time and expertly installed new shower in two days. Extra attention to minimizing time water had to be shut off to install new fixtures and drop cloths were used to protect our floors. Clean up was immaculate."

"No deodorizer seemed to be used on the carpet or the couch. The carpets were wet for 2 days...did not appear clean, even after drying. The couch cost us $70 extra and the spots still remained. To look at the carpets and couch, you'd never know anyone was there to clean them. We were extremely disappointed."

"Basement Boost is Great! They have some awesome solutions for waterproofing the basement. The system they have is very thorough, and I love that they wrap the walls, and install a ventilation system. They were in and out, it was pretty straight-forward, and they did what they said they were going to do. I also had some foundation issues, that they recommended I take care of, and they were able to do that as well. I’m happy with the company."
