We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. "Juan did a boiler inspection and tune-up for me in August 2022 and I could not be happier with the level of service provided. From the first call I made to them when I was asking multiple companies for quotes, the person I talked to, Kelly, was a pleasure to talk to and was quick to tell me what all the 12-point inspection included, as well as pricing and availability (another company couldn't tell me what the 12 points were and another, Universal Heating, simply hung up on me). Kelly scheduled me very promptly for less than 24 hours from my call and an automated text system sent me a text indicating who would show up (Juan) and when. Juan was on-time, very professional in all interactions, and extremely thorough in his inspection and tune-up.
