"If you’re thinking of having anything done, call Bill first! He is knowledgeable in so many things. He not only was fixing washing machine, but doing plumbing work identifying leaks throughout the house, fixing them and replacing old sink fixtures and he’s just an all-around nice guy! He’s so kind and really listens and is not there just for the work but he truly enjoys, helping people. There’s no job too big or too small. He can do anything and he and his grandson also do lawn care. Not to mention, he’s reasonably priced, especially for the quality of work he does if you’re in need of a handyman for any kind of job, I would definitely recommend him."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

They are very fairly priced and you can tell that they don’t make it a goal to profit off of customers, but rather just make a living. "They did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone! Rick was great to work with and very timely. The kitchen is small and odd shaped and he was very accommodating to help us make it more functional. They removed old cabinets and appliances, repaired plaster and put in new drywall where needed. We had a mix of new custom cabinets and refinished/painted old floor to ceiling built-in cabinets. Installed new dishwasher, wall oven, cooktop, sink and countertop. Installed subway tile on entire wall and put in new flooring. Painted the entire room, doors and trim. They did exactly how I had envisioned it and did it all in a few weeks! We would hire them again and hope to use them for futures projects."
