"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

They were running a little late on the day they were coming by but called ahead to let us know. We go to sleep in a bit more so that was great for us! Once they arrived they did a full home inspection for all the ducts and set to work. I would say it only took a couple of hours if that...in any case it was fast, efficient, and a job well done. "I paid for a deal on Angie's list. It was suppose to be for 2 hours of service.  He finished the ceiling fan and I told him I wanted the outdoor lights replaced and he talked to my husband and he told him it would extra because we ran out of time, when he was done my husband paid for it with his credit card, I was unsure of the deal that was going on. It was suppose to be $200 for 2 hours of service. I think he talked a lot of his time here. So I paid the $69 for the $200 for 2 hours and then he charged $95 extra for the second job I asked him to do. What he did was good."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
