"There were several problems with leaking plumbing immediately after it was installed and the subcontractor broke the cultured marble back panel for the surround. Tom of Good Neighbors made sure the replacement piece was a rush job and he tried to make sure we had a working shower while we waited. We had the new shower and tub installed and working, but some of the finish details were lacking and we were not happy with the trim work around our window in the shower. Tom made it right by seeing that the details were finished to our liking and ordered extra pieces to finish the window trim again. I can't say we had a good experience, but Tom stuck to the project and didn't try to talk us out of quality or charge us to fix mistakes his company made. He was truly concerned with getting the job done to our satisfaction. Given the horror stories I have heard about other contractors, I feel Good Neighbors is a good one and I am willing to give them another try the next time we have a project."

Michael and a helper arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work very quickly and efficiently.  Michael is very personable and professional - so much so that when he suggested that I install gutter guard and estimated price for me I agreed.  Michael returned the very next day to install the gutter guard.  Again, his work was quick and efficient and his pricing was great.
