"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"We had an appointment for 3:00pm.  It rained that morning.  Stuart called me around 11am to let me know he was running about an hour behind due to the rain.  He asked if that was ok or if we would need to reschedule.  I was fine with the time change and Stuart was punctual at 4:00pm.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Most companies would call you at 3pm and tell you they were running late.  I found this very respectable.  Stuart looked over the AC and measured the voltage on my request.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I find that they always say you need something else...even if you don't.  I got to talking with Stuart about my concerns on the coolness of my house.  He volunteered to take a look in my attic to determine the thickness of my insulation.  I have known that it was not up to snuff.  Stuart sent me a reasonable quote that evening for additional insulation.  I was very please with the service and would definitely recommend Stuart Hvac to my friends and neighbors!

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
