"My sump pump stopped working. Rob called me back and was so very helpful. He sent a guy over the next day even though they were booked solid. He looked at the radar and it was supposed to rain and he said he couldn t let that happen with my sump pump not working. The service was completed and it was done with such professionalism!! I ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing service I need!!"

"The young man came to the door, introduced himself. We had a good opening conversation. I explained my concern about our gas fireplace. He immediately checked for a gas leak, there was none. He explained to me what could have happen to cause the sound. Ethan, great personality, explains what he’s doing and assured me that there’s no problem. Give this man a raise and promotion."

"The guy called and said he is 10 min away. He arrived 45 minutes later. He looked for bubbles in the dark. I had to keep asking would you like the lights on? Finally, I just cut them on. He claimed he couldn't find a leak after Duke Energy found one and the smell of gas was all throughout the house. I should've used a fireplace company first to avoid wasting money. I was going to pay through Angie list but it was cheaper to just pay the service call. I don't know if he really couldn't find the leak are was upset he arrived 15 minutes before he was due to get off. He was friendly though?. I can say they guy I talked to on the phone was very nice. I would use the service again based on how nice he was but only for plumbing."

"He came out within two or three hours of my calling. The turn off valve wasn?t working and I couldn?t stop the water leak. Their prices were adequate. He used quality copper pipe and set the valve properly; so, it was easy to turn off. He cleaned up and didn't leave any mess around."

"Great price did a very good job answered my questions very well I would hire Trace to do more plumbing work ."

"During Freeze-agaddon 2014, Greg was the only one able to guarantee that someone would be out today, and the two guys he sent out were fantastic - easy to work with, very detailed and specific about what they were doing and why, and fixed a major problem thoroughly and quickly. Waking up to a pool of water in the basement due to burst pipes is anything but ideal, but Plumb Tech Services turned a Full On Crisis into a Problem Solved quickly and effectively. They also spent time after the fix going over various ways to prevent it from happening again. Very helpful and informative. If I ever have a plumbing problem of any kind, I will definitely be using them again (though hopefully I won't need to!).

". We decided to convert three of our four fireplaces from wood to gas. They originally used to be coal so they are smaller than normal. Ben came out and gave us an free estimate and told us what we needed. The fireplace in the dining room did not have a basket so we bought a great basket plus three burners, starters and artificial coals. We called Ben after all the items came in and he set up a date to come out to begin work. He told us it would take two to three days. During the whole process, Ben always showed up on time, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He completed the job on time and the work he did was excellent! I recommend him highly. Our fireplaces were small since they were coal, so he had a challenge to get the burners in. We chose artifical coal instead of gas logs in keeping with the period of the house. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined.
