"Very conscientious company! I was impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I could tell they were knowledgeable and respectful (not always the case as a woman sometimes you get talked down to). They also included a lot of little things that made me feel they job was done right...Included product numbers in quote, used checklists after every job, replaced pad for condenser, 1 year follow up visit, extra filter, protected my carpet while they worked, tested things thoroughly when they were done... They did not try to upsell me and prices were comparable to other quotes I got for AC alone. Price was a ittle higher than others if you are replacing your furnace and AC at the same time but within a few hundred. The quality of service and peace of mind were worth the extra money to me."

I am very happy with his workmanship too. James worked inside and installed the evaporator in the furnace plenum with a drain cleanout system that is pretty neat to see. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
