"They called me right away for my repair request and offered a great price. They were able to come out quickly to replace my water heater and made sure everything was up to code. Will call them for any more repairs in the future"

"They were very responsive, starting with the initial contact, setting an appointment with their tech (Bryan), quote and actual replacement/installation of the new water heater I was called prior to the tech's arrival for both the initial inspection/quote and actual work. Work was completed within a reasonable time and in a courteous manner. The cost was reasonable (or at least, what I expected)! And I will probably use them again, if needed, and would recommend them to others. (I generally don't rate anyone a 5.0, but these folks have come the close!)"
