"Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason. "

Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed.
