"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. "Timing was of the essence as it was the Martin Luther King holiday coming up and the coldest day of the year so far. Arik came in on Thursday to evaluate the situation and quickly started making phone calls and getting measurements for the replacement unit. The unit was delivered on Saturday and customized ducks were created to fit the new unit. Arik arrive promptly on Sunday morning and in 4 hours he had the unit working. The thermostat was replaced and the units on-off switch needed some electrical work. Arik is very professional and quick to respond to text or phone call. The unit needed some adjustments which were done a week later. All is working fine. I highly recommend Arik as he is efficient and gets the job done."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
