"I called Bolls to report a problem with my furnace. It was not producing heat and emitted odd noises and odors. Jeff from Bolls arrived at my home within two hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower motor and capacitor. This service call was at no additional charge to me since I have the Total Comfort Service Plan (TCSP), saving me more than $500.
